[48] Eddie: The OPEC nations are examples of wealthy nations but rather poor individuals living there. The OPEC nations have some of the highest GDP in the world but most of the people living there are very poor.

Hans: The question is whether the OPEC nations are really that rich. Without the oil most of them would be nothing.
