[71] Translat: I am a junior at the U and have just changed my major from
engineering to sociology. I am struggling to understand all
the concepts of this vein of study as well as a new way of
writing reports. So much of this science seems to be common
sense and yet the underlying meanings can be confusing. I
hope in this quarter to gain a comprehensible understanding
Marx and his need to capsulate societies. Although his view
of the “perfect” world sounds inviting, the underlying
problems and the obvious neglect of the human factor in his
writings fascinates me. I am a full-time student and
expect, with great effort and lots of luck, to graduate in
the spring with a BS in Sociology. |
