This question <39|39> overall <38|40> Shogunn: <36|36>.
Question 30: Are there things which can be useful without being in the exclusive possession of the user?
[39] Shogunn: Useful things not owned by user.   There are things that can be useful that are not in the =exclusive= possession of the user.
Roads are things that are not in my =exclusive= possession but that are useful to me. Lakes and streams are not owned by me, but I can use them to fish in and therefore satisfy my hunger. I can use them to satisfy my want for aesthetic beauty also. Although I must buy a license to fish in the lake or stream, neither they nor the fish in them are exclusively mine.
