An individual who is skilled in what he or she produces will
always find a better way to increase his or her technology of producing
his or her product. And because he or she is skilled, that individual
will also find a way to produce more products per hour. Who would you
trust to fix your transmission, a mechanic with ten-years of experience,
or one with only a year of experience? The logical answer in my point of
would be to pick the one who has ten-years under their belt. But, let us
assume that the individual who only has one year of experience graduated
with very high credentials from their automechanic school. Let us also
assume that his credentials were by far higher than that of the mechanic
who has ten-years of experience. In my opinion, I would still chose the
mechanic with ten-years of experience, because throughout the years
this individual will have aquired the necessary knowledge, experience and
know-how, to properly and quickly fix a transmission. The mechanic who
had only one year of experience, might have answered all of his test
questions correctly, but how would he perform under pressure of actually
fixing a transmission under a certain amount of time. Better yet how fast
and accurate would he be able to fix the transmission if their company is
booked and very busy on a certain day. |
