If you have such a thorough predecessor but still have something to say, you are well advised to build on the previous submission and say explicitly where you agree and where you have something to add. Unfortunately Cowboy [86] did not do this.   
  The most important point is covered by neither submission, namely, that the dominant class is simply not interested in spreading knowledge about how they exploit others and keep themselves in power. They want to restrict knowledge about the economic system to some cookbook recipes how to best interact with the economy as it is. No word about its origin, best to pretend it has always existed and will continue for ever.
