This question <256-1|48> overall <45|47> Zookeeper: <643|210-6>.
Question 124: If the physical thing is not the commodity but only the “body” or the “bodily form” of the commodity, how should then the commodity itself be defined?
[46] Zookeeper: Commodity should be defined as the development and final product of a good or service. If the physical thing, “body,” is only the production process of a good, is it only logical to define commodity as the production process as well as the final product produced? If an auto manufacturer produces 10 cars on a daily basis, his commodity is not only the cars, but the time, effort, labor, money, supplies, and work are also part of that commodity. Often the final good or service is known as a commodity, but what goes into that product is part of the commodity. A commodity is a cycle of different entities placed together to create a final product.
Hans: I don't understand your second sentence: how can a physical thing be the production process of a good?
