  [93] Mickey: Joint work of commodities.   TedBell and Isaak did a good job covering the question. I agree with everything that has been said so far, but one part of the question has been overlooked. The “joint work of the commodities” is a direct expression of the human labor put into each commodity. For example the weaver who produced the linen in private labor is also putting in labor in the general social form. The value of the human labor is measured in the value of one commodity. Thus turning the value of one commodity into a positive expression of the actual labor.   
  Hans: You are introducing a completely different conception of value than that used by the previous answers. Yours is much closer to Marx. Your polite assurances that you agreed with the others are therefore confusing for someone trying to follow the discussion. It is possible to be polite without denying the contradictions around you.
