Explanation of the grade entries: Some class participants have given permission to make their grades public in the archives. If a grade is enclosed in parentheses, then this is an "ungraded" submission whose grade is only given for information purposes but does not contribute to the student's gpa. Some submissions are so short that they are counted at less than full weight in the gpa (and the student has to make up for this by sending in more submissions). Submissions which are submitted with typos and malformed sentences are regarded less than 100% satisfactory regarding their form, which is graded separately from the content. As these submissions enter the archives, typos etc are usually corrected, so that it is often no longer apparent why the form percentage was originally less than 100 percent.
